Question for Journeyman??

Journey, I "inappropriately" asked this question as a PS to my pick for today. Should have just done it in another thread. My apologies.

What happens with the contest if we experience website problems, like a day where no one can access the site. Do you have an email alternative or something??? Never know with infoPOOP. LMK

rather than have an email address, you could just say that in the event something happens where say...15% or more of people still in the contest cant post their plays, all plays for that day are "no plays".

i think that would be the most fair way of dealing with it.

Thanks for the response. Didn't think of this potential problem until I had trouble with another site.

The more I think about it, an InfoPOOP meltdown could cause a host of problems for you. You may want to consider having all picks emailed to you now that were down to a managable #. Guys that have been waiting until the last minute could be screwed if the site went down at 6:59 one evening.

Just a thought.

Ut oh....think about that one Jman.

I've seen the fits that some people will throw over a $100 contest-let alone a dime. Someone will ruin a good thing....watch.

p.s. Does anyone know what the problem with the site has been? I got in okay earlier, but it was about a 10 minute load tonight.

Journey, I trust you and your judgment here. Think you are making the right choice here.

Would still encourage folks not to wait until 5 minutes before game time to make choices. Could be asking for trouble.

ttin, i havent had any trouble getting in tonight, but a small problem was recently identified that IS being taken care of. a small glitch in the programing involving the server switch.
